Telemedicine Services Jurisdiction

Prefusion Health currently offers telemedicine services exclusively within the state of New York. Telemedicine consultations and care are available only to individuals located in New York at the time of their appointment. We do not offer telemedicine services to residents or individuals physically located outside of New York.
